Company

Nano Digital, an inkjet specialist company, was established in 2001. Nano was previously PolymTech, Inc., an Iowa-based research and development company established in 1998 that focused on the development of coating and inkjet inks.

In 2003, Nano Digital established its first manufacturing practice in Shanghai, China, called Shanghai JCD. The factory was part of a joint venture with JECO Pigment Group, and produced a variety of inkjet inks.

In 2007, Nano Digital moved its manufacturing practice to Zhuhai, China, to produce its own patented reset-able & refillable inkjet cartridges and continuous ink supply system (CISS).

Nano Digital headquarters is now located in Portland, Oregon, USA. It has three sales companies in Düsseldorf, Germany, Hong Kong, China, and Tokyo, Japan, respectively. The company owns six classes of patents on non-sponge inkjet cartridges, auto-refresh chips, our continuous ink supply system, and a novel thermal printhead with 24 patent certificates from six different countries, including the USA, Germany, France, Japan, China, and Taiwan.
